Job summary

Quility Insurance is seeking motivated sales professionals to lead with purpose. As a 1099 contractor, you’ll build lasting client relationships, tailor life insurance solutions, and work entirely on your schedule from anywhere in the U.S.

No cold calls; you’ll meet qualified leads through our proven system and receive guided mentorship and robust technology to support your growth. You’ll handle client documentation and policy processing while attending team calls and trainings.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a life insurance license.
• Coachable work ethic.
• High character and integrity.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is helpful.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Consult with potential and current clients to secure life insurance coverage based on their needs.
• Virtually meet with individuals who have requested life insurance information via our proven lead system.
• Manage sales administrative tasks such as documentation, policy processing, and maintaining accurate client records.
• Attend team calls, mentorship sessions, and training (virtual or in-person).
