Job summary

Quility Insurance is seeking motivated agents to secure life insurance for clients through virtual meetings and a proven lead system. You’ll work with potential and current clients to tailor coverage while handling documentation and policy processing.

No prior experience needed; we provide mentorship, licenses, and leads. This is a 1099 contractor role with uncapped commissions and full-time potential based on performance and hours. Remote work supported.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a life insurance license (with our help).
• Coachable work ethic.
• High character and integrity.
• CRM familiarity helpful.
• Ability to build and nurture internal and external relationships.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Consult with potential and current clients to secure life insurance coverage based on their needs.
• Virtually meet with individuals who have requested life insurance information via our lead system.
• Manage sales administrative tasks such as documentation, policy processing, and maintaining client records.
• Attend team calls, mentorship sessions, and training (virtual or in-person)
