Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a life insurance license (with support)
• Coachable work ethic and strong character
• High integrity and trustworthy
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is helpful
• Ability to build and nurture relationships (internal/external)
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Consult with potential and current clients to secure life insurance coverage
• Virtually meet with individuals requesting information via our lead system
• Manage sales admin tasks: documentation, policy processing, records
• Attend team calls, mentorship sessions, and training (virtual or in-person)
