Job summary

Quility Insurance seeks motivated leaders to grow with a life insurance team. You will consult with clients to tailor coverage, meet virtually via our lead system, and manage policy documentation with a supportive leadership team.

As a 1099 contractor, you control your schedule, receive guided mentorship, and access game-changing technology and a value-based leads program in a culture built for leadership development.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a life insurance license (with our help).
• Strong, coachable work ethic and commitment to growth.
• High character and integrity in interactions with clients.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is helpful.
• Ability to build and nurture internal and external relationships.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Consult with potential and current clients to secure life insurance coverage based on their needs.
• Virtually meet with individuals who have requested life insurance information via our lead system.
• Manage sales administrative tasks such as documentation, policy processing, and maintaining client records.
• Attend team calls, mentorship sessions, and training (virtual or in-person).
