You’ll work with warm leads, conduct virtual consultations, and present personalized protection and wealth-building solutions, with uncapped commissions and top-tier tools and coaching to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to obtain insurance licensing if needed
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Work with warm, pre-qualified leads who have already expressed interest
• Conduct virtual consultations via phone or video to understand client needs
• Present personalized solutions including life insurance, IULs, and annuities
• Educate clients on financial protection and wealth-building strategies
• Build trust and guide clients through their decision-making process
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle from first contact through closing
• Maintain detailed client records using CRM platforms
• Follow up consistently to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance benchmarks
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions
