Qualifications

• Background in banking, lending, or credit union member service.
• Ability to discuss money decisions carefully and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Contact people who requested life insurance information and book appointments.
• Review each household's finances before discussing coverage.
• Explain option differences across carriers and complete the application together.
• Handle applications and disclosures accurately for underwriting.
• Track open cases through carrier review and keep clients informed.
• Log activity in the CRM and complete compliance training.
