Qualifications

• Coachability and a genuine willingness to take direction.
• Comfort talking to people on the phone daily.
• U.S.-based location; remote role with optional in-person touchpoints.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Help people select life insurance policies over phone/Zoom.
• Log activity daily and track progress against production goals.
• Participate in training and ongoing coaching with a mentor.
