We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without hand-holding.
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).
We do NOT sell traditional life insurance products like final expense or mortgage protection, nor do we engage in low-premium policies. Our operations are entirely virtual, utilizing phone and Zoom meetings across the US.
Average agents spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.
We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. Our goal is to expand our team with more qualified agents.
