High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need their hand held.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:
  • Agents who NEED to make money and are desperate
  • Agents who CAN'T buy their own leads to make sales
  • Agents who NEED their hand held every step of the way
  • Cheap agents who sell policies costing $30-50-70/month
  • People who are NOT coachable and have a large ego
Who We ARE Looking For:
  • Competent agents who speak well and communicate effectively
  • Agents comfortable showing high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
  • Agents who are motivated to follow a proven system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high ticket IULs (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

Our business is conducted 100% virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings across the US.

Average agents spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.

We do NOT participate in lead assist programs.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
