High End Insurance Sales Agency Seeking Top-Tier Salespeople

We are looking for self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel without hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money.
• Agents who cannot afford their own leads.
• Agents needing constant guidance.
• Cheap agents selling low premium policies ($30-50-70/month).
• Uncoachable individuals with inflated egos.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.
• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.
• Self-motivated individuals ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling traditional life, final expense, or mortgage protection policies.

All our sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom across the US.

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.

We do NOT participate in lead assist programs.
