High-End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate
• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales
• Agents who need hand-holding at every step
• Cheap agents selling policies for $30-$70/month
• Uncoachable individuals with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent, well-spoken agents with effective communication skills
• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
• Agents who are self-motivated and ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not your traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.

We do not operate lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more high-caliber agents.
