High End Insurance Sales Agency Opportunity

We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without needing hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, needing immediate financial results

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales

• Agents who require constant guidance and hand-holding

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month)

• Uncoachables with a large ego who are not receptive to training

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients

• Agents comfortable discussing high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not your traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via phone and Zoom meetings.

On average, our agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.

We do not operate lead assistance programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to add more high-performing agents.
