High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who thrive independently and are committed to excellence.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money and needing immediate financial relief.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Individuals interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Uncoachable agents with a large ego who are not open to growth.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium products, with our average client paying over $250/month.

• Self-driven agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT your traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. Our business is conducted entirely virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to add more high-performing agents to our team.
