We are seeking highly motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and require minimal supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, needing immediate financial relief.

• Agents unable to purchase their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Uncoachable individuals with a large ego who are not open to guidance.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies, with clients averaging over $250/month.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. Our operations are entirely virtual, utilizing telephone and Zoom meetings across the US.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
