High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Individuals who are not coachable and have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents who communicate effectively and speak well.

• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month if you know what you're doing.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system that works.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling standard policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings across the US.

Our average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not engage in lead assist programs; instead, we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
