High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel at independent work and are committed to high performance.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate income.

• Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Agents who are not coachable or who have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively connect with clients.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies, with clients averaging over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA).

We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies. All our sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads and generate between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are actively looking to expand our team with more top-tier agents.
