High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently or are desperate.
• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to make sales.
• Agents who need hand-holding at every step.
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month).
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents who communicate effectively.
• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.
• Agents who are ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket products like IULs, IBC, and FIA.

We do not sell traditional life insurance products such as final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.

We do not participate in lead assistance programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are expanding and need more agents who are serious and ready to succeed.
