High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate
• Agents who can't afford to buy their own leads to make sales
• Agents who need hand-holding every step of the way
• Cheap agents selling low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month)
• Uncoachable individuals with a big ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent, well-spoken agents who can communicate effectively
• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
• Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We do not sell traditional life insurance or low-premium policies. All sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums. We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
