Help families protect what matters with life insurance, from home. This is a life-only, W-2 role with an hourly base wage for every hour you work plus commission on each new life policy you place.

Advantixx Insurance Agency, led by Dr. Osmel Villarreal, is taking over an established Farmers agency book in Henderson, Nevada. We serve individuals, families and businesses with auto, home, renters, umbrella, life and business coverage. Advantixx Insurance Agency is an independently owned and operated agency of Farmers Insurance®.

What you’ll do

• Contact agency-provided life leads and cross-sell opportunities from our existing customers fast (first contact within 5 minutes during business hours), plus referrals and prospects you bring in yourself
• Run needs-based conversations by phone and video, and recommend term or permanent life coverage only where it genuinely fits the client
• Complete applications, follow each case through underwriting, and deliver the policy so it is placed and in force
• Follow life suitability and replacement rules, do-not-call, texting-consent and privacy rules on every contact
• Keep accurate, same-day notes in our CRM and Farmers systems; join the daily team huddle by video; meet the agency’s activity, quality and production standards, with weekly coaching

What you need

• An active Nevada producer license with the Life line of authority: resident, or non-resident backed by an active home-state resident license with a life line
• At least 1 year of licensed life insurance sales
• A Farmers New World Life appointment through our agency. We sponsor the appointment after your offer. You may not solicit, quote or sell until your appointment and agency setup are complete.
• Remote setup: a private, quiet workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and availability Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time. You must live and work in Nevada (we confirm this during screening).
• Spanish is a plus

Pay

• $12.00/hr for every hour you work in Nevada, always paid and never charged back against commission, plus overtime as required by law. W-2, hourly, non-exempt.
• Commission on new life policies only, never on renewals, paid on top of your base as a share of the first-year commission the agency receives on each policy you write: 20% on agency-provided leads / 30% on leads you generate yourself. Commission is paid after the policy is issued and placed.
• If a policy lapses or cancels within its first 12 months, that commission comes back only out of your future commission, never your paycheck, and any balance left when you leave is waived.
• No earnings estimate is published for this role; only the hourly base is guaranteed.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time, with an unpaid 30-minute meal break, from your approved home office. All time is recorded in Rippling.
