Job summary

The Weiner Group Inc. is seeking a Client Benefits Specialist to help individuals and families select life insurance solutions that fit their financial protection needs. This is a remote, performance-based independent contractor role focused on client education, service, and policy placement.

You will engage prospective clients, explain coverage options, guide them through the application process, and maintain ongoing relationships to ensure continued service and support.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule.
• Willingness to obtain a life insurance license if not licensed.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients using company-provided systems and marketing tools.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand each client’s financial protection goals.
• Educate clients on available life insurance products and coverage options.
