Job summary

The Weiner Group Inc. is seeking a responsive Sales Specialist to connect with prospective clients, explain life insurance solutions, and guide applicants through the coverage process. You’ll build relationships remotely and tailor solutions to individual needs, with a focus on growth and client service.

This 1099 independent contractor role offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules, no cap on earnings, and access to leads and training to support your success.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Professional and confident when speaking with clients.
• Coachable and willing to learn.
• Previous sales or insurance experience is preferred, but not required.
• A life insurance license is not required to apply. If you are not currently licensed, we can assist you with the licensing process.
• Must reside in the U.S.
