Job summary

Zinnia, a leading technology platform for accelerating life and annuities growth, seeks a Life Insurance Case Manager to own and manage caseloads from application through underwriting in a remote role.

You will collaborate with sales, customer service, and quality assurance to ensure a seamless customer experience, and you’ll need to obtain a life license and have 1+ year’s experience.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a life insurance license.
• 1+ years’ work experience in life insurance case management.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage caseloads of in-process life insurance applications from initial client contact through underwriting.
• Request and obtain underwriting requirements and review decisions for better options.
• Master carrier workflows, applications, underwriting processes, and software systems.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects to ensure a seamless customer experience and improve processes.
