NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a dedicated Life Insurance Case Design Specialist to support financial professionals by developing quotes and illustrations. This fully remote role requires fact-finding to assess client needs and deliver tailored illustrations for agents.

The position emphasizes equipping advisors with detailed illustrations and training to drive sales, with meaningful growth opportunities within Diversified Brokerage Services (DBS).

Qualifications

Strong life insurance knowledge and ability to translate product features into client solutions.
Proven experience providing sales desk support to agents in BGAs or home offices preferred.
Experience with CRM and illustration platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide case design support through phone and Teams consultations with tailored solutions.
Evaluate insurability and develop recommendations for clients and advisors.
Document interactions in the CRM and complete timely follow-up on each case.
Perform proactive outreach to top advisors to grow revenue opportunities.
Attend carrier meetings and collaborate with Case Designers and other channels.
