Synergistic Systems Inc is seeking a Service Representative with life insurance administration experience for a long-term contract (2+ years). Remote work is available, with onsite as needed in Charlotte. You will support day-to-day client service and admin tasks for life insurance products.

The role requires processing transactions to regulatory standards and providing guidance to clients on rules, rights, and contract provisions. Strong written communication and CRM proficiency are preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 3+ years in life insurance operations with a customer service focus.
• Strong written client communication and ability to convey information clearly.
• Experience with post-issue transactions and client requests in insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Process financial and non-financial life insurance transactions accurately.
• Respond to client inquiries, explaining rules, rights, options, and contract provisions.
• Handle secure email and other written requests from clients.
• Research and resolve Not In Good Order transactions and communicate required actions.
• Perform other post-issue duties as assigned.
