We offer onboarding, one-on-one coaching, and leadership development within a proven system used by 1,000+ agents nationwide. Compensation is performance-based with commissions and bonuses, plus ongoing training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients virtually.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Educate families on life insurance products and financial protection strategies.
• Conduct sales presentations and recommend solutions based on each client's needs and goals.
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Maintain the required state life insurance license.
