Calion Wealth Group, an Equis Financial agency, is seeking life insurance agents for a fully remote, commission-based role. You’ll earn industry-leading compensation through a proven system that helped the agency grow to a $40M/year operation in under a decade.

Meet with prospective clients virtually, educate families on products, present tailored solutions, and manage your sales pipeline. You’ll receive onboarding, ongoing coaching, and performance-based bonuses; licensure must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients virtually.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Educate families on life insurance products and financial protection strategies.
• Conduct sales presentations and recommend solutions based on each client's needs and goals.
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Maintain the required state life insurance license.
