Calion Wealth Group, an Equis Financial agency, is hiring life insurance agents for a long-term, fully remote role. You’ll earn commissions within a proven system used by 1,000+ agents nationwide and enjoy flexible scheduling and performance-based compensation.

You’ll meet with clients virtually, build relationships, educate families on life insurance, and participate in ongoing training and mentorship to advance in a growing agency.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients virtually.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Educate families on life insurance products and financial protection strategies.
• Conduct sales presentations and recommend solutions based on each client's needs and goals.
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Maintain the required state life insurance license.
