Calion Wealth Group, an Equis Financial agency, is seeking life insurance agents for a fully remote sales role. You will meet with clients virtually, educate families on life insurance, and present tailored solutions while building a sustainable client portfolio.

The opportunity features industry-leading compensation (commissions and bonuses) with onboarding, training, and one-on-one coaching to support growth and leadership development. State life insurance licenses must be maintained.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with prospective clients virtually.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Educate families on life insurance products and financial protection strategies.
• Conduct sales presentations and recommend solutions based on each client's needs and goals.
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Maintain the required state life insurance license.
