Qualifications

• Active state Life & Health Insurance license (or plan to obtain)
• Comfort presenting to clients over live video
• Strong self-discipline for work-from-home
• Empathetic listener with good verbal communication
• Entrepreneurial drive and daily production focus

Responsibilities

• Proactively connect with warm prospects via digital channels
• Conduct virtual consultations to tailor life insurance and annuity strategies
• Guide clients through applications, underwriting, and policy approval
• Provide long-term policy reviews and ongoing support
• Participate in weekly strategy huddles and product training
