Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance license is required or willingness to complete state licensing course.
• Comfortable operating in a modern, digital-first remote sales workflow.
• Strong self-discipline, time management, and remote organization skills.
• Desire to build a long-term business asset with recurring client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective policyholders across the region using digital channels and video tools.
• Present customized life insurance, IUL protection, and guaranteed annuities via live video sessions.
• Guide applicants through carrier underwriting, keeping clients informed every step of the way.
• Nurture ongoing client relationships as needs evolve over time.
• Enhance sales leadership skills through daily team huddles, coaching, and skill workshops.
