Qualifications
- Active State Life & Health Insurance license or the ability to obtain one quickly.
- Comfort presenting to clients over live video and managing digital workflows.
- Strong self-discipline and organizational habits for remote work.
- Empathetic listener with excellent verbal communication.
- Entrepreneurial drive and ownership of personal career growth.
Responsibilities
- Proactively connect with warm prospects and leads across the region via digital channels.
- Lead virtual consultations to understand client goals and tailor life insurance, IUL, and annuity strategies.
- Guide clients through application, underwriting, and policy approval processes.
- Provide ongoing policy reviews and support to adapt coverage to changing needs.
- Engage in weekly strategy sessions and participate in product training and development workshops.
