Responsibilities
- Engage with warm prospects using digital lead systems and modern CRM channels.
- Lead friendly, educational video calls matching families with life insurance, IULs, and annuities.
- Oversee underwriting pipeline to get policies issued efficiently.
- Perform periodic reviews to adjust coverage as client lives progress.
- Participate in team coaching and mentorship to unlock production growth.
