Job summary

Stratford Davis LLC is seeking entry-level Life Insurance Agents to work remotely with training provided. You will help families protect assets, plan for retirement, and achieve financial peace of mind. This is a commission-based role with flexible, remote operations and access to proprietary lead platforms.

You’ll engage prospects via live video, receive mentorship from top-producing agency owners, and participate in ongoing sales scripts and workshops to drive daily production.

Qualifications

• Active State Life & Health Insurance License (or pursuing it).
• Comfort presenting to clients via live video platforms.
• Strong self-discipline and organization for a work-from-home setting.
• Empathetic listener with strong verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Proactively connect with warm prospects and leads using digital and virtual channels.
• Consultative solution selling for life insurance, IUL, and annuities.
• Guide clients through application, underwriting, and policy approval processes.
• Provide long-term support with periodic policy reviews as family needs evolve.
• Participate in weekly strategy huddles, product training, and personal development.
