• Active State Life & Health License or be ready to tackle licensing exam
• Strong communication skills for virtual meetings via Zoom or Google Meet
• Self-motivation to stay productive in a remote setup

• Conduct virtual consultations explaining life insurance, IUL protection, and annuities in simple terms
• Design customized protection plans aligned with client goals
• Guide applicants through forms and underwriting with admin support
