Meron Financial Agency is seeking new agents to help families choose life coverage from 60+ carrier partners. You’ll work with warm leads, not cold calls, using phone or Zoom to assess each family’s situation and tailor coverage that truly fits.

The role includes full training, ongoing mentor support, and a remote work setup. Compensation is commission-only with uncapped earning potential and daily/weekly pay. New agents typically earn $50k–$300k in their first year.

Formación

• U.S. residency
• Ability to pass a background check
• A Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one — we'll guide you through licensing if you don't already have it

Responsabilidades

• You'll work leads from people who've already reached out asking about life insurance coverage.
• Conversations happen over phone or Zoom.
• Help families choose coverage that genuinely fits, using our network of 60+ carrier partners.
• Full training starts with fundamentals of life insurance, client conversations, and honest answers.
• Paired with a mentor for live calls; ongoing support as you build production.
