Lumina Financial Solutions is seeking remote Life Insurance Agents and Brokers. This independent contractor role focuses on educating clients, evaluating options across carriers, and delivering tailored protection strategies.

You’ll work remotely with access to specialists and a wide range of products nationwide. Ideal candidates have sales or financial services experience, are self-motivated, and comfortable with commission-based earnings.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional sales, advisory, client-facing, or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Professional and dependable.
• Laptop/computer with webcam and reliable high-speed internet.
• Smartphone is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the appropriate state insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with individuals and families to understand their financial protection needs.
• Educate clients on life insurance, living benefits, retirement planning concepts, and other strategies.
• Evaluate coverage options from multiple insurance carriers.
• Help clients select solutions aligned with their goals, needs, and budget.
• Identify opportunities for more advanced financial strategies.
• Connect clients with specialists for annuities, IULs, and retirement planning.
• Work with leading insurance and financial-services companies across the country.
• Complete insurance applications and guide clients through the process.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communication.
• Develop long-term client relationships through education and service.
• Participate in ongoing product, sales, compliance, and professional development training.
• Maintain required insurance licensing and comply with state regulations.
