Lumina Financial Solutions is seeking motivated remote Life Insurance Agents and Brokers to join a nationwide network.

As an independent contractor, you’ll educate clients about life insurance and financial protection, evaluate options from multiple carriers, and guide them to appropriate solutions based on needs, goals, and budget. We offer a remote setup, ongoing training, and access to advanced resources.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional sales, advisory, or client-facing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet and equipment for remote work.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an appropriate state license.

Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with individuals and families to understand protection needs.
• Educate clients on life insurance, living benefits, and retirement concepts.
• Evaluate coverage options from multiple carriers.
• Help clients select solutions that fit goals, needs, and budget.
• Identify opportunities for advanced financial strategies.
• Connect clients with specialists for annuities and other solutions.
• Work with leading carriers nationwide to support clients.
• Complete insurance applications and guide applicants through the process.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications.
• Develop long-term client relationships through education and service.
• Participate in ongoing product, sales, compliance, and training.
• Maintain required licenses and comply with regulations.
