Calion Wealth Group, an Equis Financial agency, is hiring life insurance agents for a long-term home in a fully remote role. You'll operate remotely from anywhere in the U.S., with commission-based compensation and a proven system supporting you.

We provide onboarding, professional sales training, one-on-one coaching, and leadership development opportunities. You will meet with clients virtually, educate families on life insurance products, and manage your pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients virtually.

• Conduct sales presentations and recommend solutions based on each client's needs and goals.
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Maintain the required state life insurance license.
