Qualifications
- Active Life & Health License or in-flight licensing.
- Comfortable connecting with clients via Zoom/Google Meet.
- Self-motivated to work remotely and stay productive.
- High empathy, clear communication, and growth mindset.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations to explain life insurance and IUL protection.
- Design personalized protection plans for clients.
- Guide applicants through forms and underwriting with support.
- Maintain relationships with policyholders as families grow.
- Collaborate in daily team huddles to standardize best practices.
