- Strong empathy and clear communication with clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations with pre-qualified leads to explain life insurance, IUL, and annuities.
- Design personalized protection plans aligned with client goals.
- Guide applicants through application forms and underwriting with admin support.
- Nurture relationships with policyholders and grow a trusted client base.
- Collaborate in daily team huddles to refine sales plays and skills.
