Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License (or plan to obtain one quickly).
• Comfort presenting to clients via live video platforms.

Responsibilities

• Proactively connect with warm prospects and leads regionwide via digital platforms and virtual channels.
• Lead engaging, virtual consultations to uncover client goals and deliver life insurance, IUL, and annuity strategies.
• Guide clients through application, medical underwriting, and policy approval processes.
• Conduct periodic policy reviews to adapt coverage as families’ priorities evolve.
• Participate in weekly strategy huddles, advanced product training, and personal development workshops.
