Qualifications

• Active State Life & Health Insurance license or plan to obtain quickly.
• Comfort presenting to clients over live video and managing digital workflows.
• Strong self-discipline and organizational habits for a work-from-home setting.
• Empathetic listener with excellent verbal communication and entrepreneurial drive.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to warm prospects and leads across the region using digital platforms.
• Lead virtual consultations to uncover goals and tailor life insurance strategies including IUL and annuities.
• Guide clients through applications, medical underwriting, and policy approvals.
• Provide long-term support with periodic policy reviews as family priorities evolve.
• Participate in weekly strategy huddles, advanced product training, and personal development workshops.
