You will connect with families for IUL and annuity coverage, guide them through applications and underwriting, and benefit from turnkey training, group health options, and incentive travel opportunities while earning based on performance.

Qualifications

State Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one before starting).
Warm, professional communication skills across digital video platforms.
Self-motivation and high accountability in a work-from-home environment.
Service-first attitude focused on putting client interests at the center of every conversation.

Responsibilities

Connect virtually with families seeking life insurance, IUL, and annuity coverage.
Host video consultations to identify client financial risks and offer customized solutions.
Guide families through application processing, underwriting, and policy placement.
Maintain relationships with policyholders as families grow, providing ongoing support.
Participate in team mentorship and industry workshops to improve sales skills.
