Qualifications

• Licensed Life & Health agent (or able to obtain license).
• Proficient with video consultations and digital communication.
• Strong written and spoken communication, able to simplify complex financial concepts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual financial discovery sessions to assess client needs and recommend life insurance and related products.
• Utilize CRM tools and digital channels to engage inbound and outbound leads.
• Build and nurture client relationships through clear virtual communication.
• Coordinate with carriers to streamline applications and policy issuance.
• Participate in daily virtual standups and mentorship sessions.
