Job summary
Stratford Davis LLC is seeking ambitious remote insurance sales professionals to represent core financial protection products from anywhere in the United States. You will build client relationships, present life insurance, IUL and annuity solutions via live video, and manage the full sales pipeline from consultation to policy delivery.

Qualifications
- Licensed Life & Health Agent or willing to complete pre-licensing.
- Proficiency with digital communication tools, CRM navigation, and virtual video hosting.
- Self-starter able to maintain focus and production in a work-from-home role.
- Interest in agency leadership and long-term sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Build connections with prospective clients across regional markets using digital platforms.
- Present customized life insurance, IUL, and annuity strategies via live video.
- Manage client pipelines from initial consultation through underwriting and policy delivery.
- Cultivate long-term client loyalty through regular follow-ups and annual coverage reviews.
- Engage in daily training stand-ups, leadership coaching, and sales strategy workshops.
