Job summary
Stratford Davis LLC is seeking tech‑savvy, licensed Life & Health agents to join our national remote network. You will conduct virtual discovery sessions, recommend life insurance products, and manage client relationships from anywhere in the U.S.
Work is fully remote with flexible scheduling, turnkey lead systems, and competitive commission-based earnings. You’ll collaborate via CRM tools, participate in daily stand-ups, and advance professional growth within a supportive team.
Qualifications
- Licensed Life & Health agent or able to obtain license.
- Tech-fluent with ability to host video consultations.
- Clear communicator who explains financial concepts simply.
- Organized self-starter capable of remote work.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual discovery sessions to evaluate client needs and recommend life insurance, living benefits, and guaranteed annuities.
- Utilize integrated CRM tools and digital channels to engage inbound and outbound leads.
- Build relationships through clear, empathetic virtual communication and maintain client trust.
- Coordinate with carriers to streamline client applications and policy issuance.
- Collaborate with team during daily virtual stand-ups and mentorship sessions.
