Qualifications
- Licensed Life & Health agent or in the process of obtaining licensing.
- Comfortable hosting professional virtual consultations and explaining complex financial concepts.
- Organized self-starter with ability to navigate a remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual financial discovery sessions to evaluate client needs and recommend life insurance, living benefits, and guaranteed annuities.
- Utilize integrated CRM tools and digital communication channels to engage inbound and outbound leads.
- Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic virtual communication, maintaining long-term client trust.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers to streamline client application and policy issuance procedures.
- Collaborate with team members during daily virtual stand-ups and interactive mentorship sessions.
