Qualifications
- Licensed Life & Health agent or willing to complete licensing.
- Proven ability to host professional video consultations.
- Strong ability to translate complex financial concepts into simple steps.
- Organized self-starter capable of remote work efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual financial discovery sessions to evaluate client needs and recommend life insurance products.
- Utilize CRM tools and digital channels to engage inbound and outbound leads.
- Build relationships through empathetic virtual communication for long-term client trust.
- Coordinate with carriers to streamline applications and policy issuance.
- Collaborate with team during daily virtual stand-ups and mentorship sessions.
