Remote Sales Team Lead – Life Insurance (U.S. Only)

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build, coach, and develop a team of high-performing sales representatives.
  • Provide continuous guidance, motivation, and constructive feedback.
  • Cultivate a strong team culture centered on growth and success.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales plans to drive performance and meet targets.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and optimize sales processes.
  • Actively engage in sales activities to lead by example.

Client Relationships & Service Excellence

  • Oversee client interactions to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Support team members in handling complex client inquiries and objections.
  • Foster long-term client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Ongoing Training & Development

  • Conduct training on sales strategies, product knowledge, and best practices.
  • Keep the team informed about industry trends, regulations, and company policies.
  • Identify skill gaps and provide tailored coaching to enhance performance.
