What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process benefit verification or authorization for all new referrals with speed and accuracy
- Assist Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of two years of experience in a related field, including at least one year in a medical/healthcare role involving benefit and/or authorization with multiple payor types
- Strong ability to multi-task and manage numerous referrals/priorities simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
- Ability to navigate and train on multiple payor portals
